Sharing and generosity are values well anchored in Auvergne. So much that it has by far overflew its boundaries
It is thus with simplicity that we will share with you the local products resulting from producers most often Organic but also very close to us.
We make it a point of honor to work these products as quickly as possible, to preserve all their flavors, in regional dishes, but not only… We are also very careful to enhance the value of the products in order to reach zero waste in accordance with our values of eco responsible tourism.
Cooking in our house is a deep-rooted family tradition and the meal is a moment of conviviality and sharing par excellence. However, the ancestral recipes are not frozen in time and are occasionally revisited according to our travel experiences.
The meal consists of a starter, a main course and its sides dishes, an impressive platter of regional cheeses, and dessert, all complimented by local wines.
The table d’hôtes is open by reservation only on certain evenings depending on supplies.
